Helios Solar Works manufactures high-performance mono-crystalline solar modules for solar electric systems. We use only high-quality components and an advanced, automated manufacturing platform to offer modules that deliver higher efficiency, lower installation costs, and a smaller system footprint.
Helios Solar Works is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We manufacture our modules using materials sourced from regional and U.S. suppliers whenever possible.
Steve Ostrenga (Chief Executive Officer)
Steve has fifteen years of experience in business development and manufacturing. He has also served as a member of the Peace Corps and the United States Army Reserves.
Steve has a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
John Kivlin (Chief Operating Officer)
John was the founder and Chief Operating Officer of Convergence Energy, a solar system integrator. Prior to founding Convergence Energy, he held a variety of senior positions with Motorola, including Senior Director, Managing Director, and General Manager.
John has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee.
Mark Andersen (Chief Financial Officer)
Mark has 25 years of financial experience and has held a variety of roles in accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
Mark has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut and an MBA in finance from the University of Massachusetts.
Brent Brucker (General Manager)
Brent was the founder and owner of BSD, a construction and real estate development firm. Prior to founding BSD, he held positions with Xenergy and Applied Materials.
Brent has a bachelor's degree in economics and environmental science from the University of Virginia, a master's degree in energy environmental analysis from Boston University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Mark Wilkerson (VP Sales & Business Development)
Mark is beginning his 29th year in the PV industry. His sales expertise has contributed to exponential growth for Atlantic Solar, Sunwize Technologies, and Trina Solar.
Mark has a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD.
