Quality Components

Helios Solar Works selects only the best available components for our modules. This includes high-efficiency solar cells that allow for maximum power production as well as high-transmission glass and anodized aluminum framing.

In addition, we assemble all modules in the United States at our state-of-the-art facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are also committed to using American-made components whenever possible.

Advanced Platform

Helios Solar Works uses an advanced, automated manufacturing platform to ensure high performance and reliability, and to create cost savings that we can pass on to you and your customers.

In addition, our management team has over 70 years of experience in large-scale, advanced manufacturing. We also collaborate with SAP S.L., an established solar equipment manufacturer (and Helios Solar Works investor) who helped us design and implement our manufacturing platform.

On-time Delivery

We are committed to providing you the solar modules you need when you need them. That is why our corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin—right in the heart of the U.S. market and close to our clients and many of our suppliers.

Warranty

Helios Solar Works stands behind our modules with a generous linear performance warranty. We guarantee each module will provide:

  • No less than 97 percent of nominal power output for the 1st year
  • No less than 80 percent of nominal power output at year 25
  • A year-by-year degredation of no more than .7%
